Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Prior experience in security, customer service, or administrative roles preferred
- Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB) de-escalation training required within 120 days of hire
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and COVID-19 or provide exemption statement
- Ability to work day shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong problem-solving and independent thinking skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
Job Qualifications

- Prior security, customer service, or administrative experience is a plus
- Completion of Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB) de-escalation training within 120 days of hire
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID-19 virus or exempt by signed statement
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure
Job Duties
- Operate as the first point of contact and source of information for patients and guests
- Ensure all entrants are authorized or have legitimate business on the property
- Employ exceptional customer service skills to welcome visitors
- Provide directions and assistance to visitors
- Request additional support for visitors needing special assistance
- Think independently and use problem-solving skills in the absence of direct supervision
- Maintain a safe and secure environment at the front desk
