Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Prior security, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
  • Completion of MOAB de-escalation training within 120 days of hire
  • Full vaccination against seasonal Influenza and COVID-19 or documented exemption
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and on-call rotation

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Prior security, customer service, or administrative experience a plus
  • Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB) de-escalation training required within 120 days of hire
  • Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and COVID-19 or have an approved exemption

Job Duties

  • Operate as first point of contact for patients and guests
  • Ensure all visitors are authorized or have legitimate business
  • Welcome visitors with exceptional customer service
  • Provide directions and assistance to visitors
  • Request additional help for visitors needing special assistance
  • Think independently and solve problems without direct supervision
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment
