Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Prior security, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
- Completion of MOAB de-escalation training within 120 days of hire
- Full vaccination against seasonal Influenza and COVID-19 or documented exemption
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and on-call rotation
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Prior security, customer service, or administrative experience a plus
- Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB) de-escalation training required within 120 days of hire
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and COVID-19 or have an approved exemption
Job Duties
- Operate as first point of contact for patients and guests
- Ensure all visitors are authorized or have legitimate business
- Welcome visitors with exceptional customer service
- Provide directions and assistance to visitors
- Request additional help for visitors needing special assistance
- Think independently and solve problems without direct supervision
- Maintain a safe and secure environment
