Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- at least two years of relevant administrative or operational support experience
- proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- strong organizational and communication skills
- ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate sound judgment
- ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
- valid driver’s license
- must be able to work in person at the Miami Beach Convention Center
- availability for irregular hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- two years of administrative or operational support experience preferably in public safety or related fields
- knowledge of safety and security procedures
- strong organizational and administrative skills
- proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to prepare clear reports and correspondence
- ability to maintain confidentiality
- analytical and problem-solving skills
- professional appearance
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- valid driver’s license
Job Duties
- Answer and route incoming calls
- greet visitors and assist with inquiries
- process visitor access requests and issue temporary passes
- receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
- assist with scheduling tasks including meeting coordination and calendar updates
- organize and maintain departmental records and compliance documentation
- perform accurate data entry and support report preparation
- assist with procurement and vendor coordination
- maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive records appropriately
- provide administrative support during major events and operational activities
