Job Duties

  • plan and coordinate public events and programs at the museum
  • collaborate with artists, volunteers, and other departments
  • handle administrative tasks including contracts and scheduling
  • provide on-site support during events such as greeting tour groups and assisting with setup
  • collect and analyze feedback from event attendees
  • ensure smooth execution of programming logistics
  • assist with tours and support weekend programming
