Job Requirements
- Pursuing or holding a relevant degree in communications, journalism, English, public relations, marketing, or advertising
- proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Suite software
- exceptional writing and communication skills
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- familiarity with municipal and government policies is a plus
- valid driver’s license
- ability to work independently and coordinate with multi-discipline teams
- capable of producing high-quality work under short time constraints
- willingness to engage in both office and field environments, managing physical demands such as walking, standing, and lifting up to 35 lbs.
Job Qualifications
- Pursuing or holding a degree in communications, journalism, English, public relations, marketing, or advertising

- exceptional writing and verbal communication skills
- strong organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail

Job Duties
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- create and maintain detailed PI logs and stakeholder databases
- manage PI efforts for infrastructure projects including stakeholder meetings, email updates, 24/7 hotline management, website updates, social media, etc.
- develop PI materials such as communication plans, flyers, postcards, maps, and other outreach tools
- attend project meetings, take detailed notes, and follow up on action items
- prepare for and facilitate public events such as open houses, workshops, public hearings, neighborhood meetings, ribbon cuttings, etc.
