Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to push and pull moderate weight
- excellent communication skills
- prior experience in customer service preferred
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical capability to perform repetitive manual cleaning tasks
- commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards
Job Qualifications

- previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial roles is an asset
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- physical stamina to perform manual tasks continuously
Job Duties
- maintain cleanliness of all public areas including lobbies hallways and restrooms
- interact with guests to provide superior customer service and address any cleanliness concerns
- operate cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently and safely
- monitor and restock public area supplies as needed
- report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
- push and pull moderate weight cleaning carts and equipment
- comply with all hotel policies and safety regulations
