Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- ability to communicate effectively
- physical ability to push and pull moderate weight
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- maintain cleanliness of all public areas including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms
- respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and requests
- perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal
- push and pull equipment and supplies required for cleaning
- report maintenance issues and safety hazards to management
- collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service quality
- uphold hotel standards for cleanliness and guest satisfaction
