Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to speak, read, and write English proficiently
- Must be physically capable of lifting, pushing, and carrying weights up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work any shift including weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions precisely
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Job Qualifications
- Prior housekeeping experience is preferred
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication skills in English including verbal, written and electronic
- Ability to read, understand, interpret and carry out directions and instructions
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Able to work independently and make responsible decisions
- Capable of working alone or as part of a team
- Must be able to walk and stand at least 95 percent of the shift
- Physically able to reach, push, pull, bend, stoop, twist, and carry
- Proficient in manual activities requiring grasping and holding with hands
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of all public areas within the hotel
- Provide exceptional guest service with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Walk and stand for the majority of the shift
- Push, pull, lift moderate weights regularly
- Communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members
- Follow all safety and housekeeping protocols
- Work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
