Job Duties

  • Clean showers and public and employee restrooms
  • clean glass surfaces in public and employee areas
  • clean floor surfaces in public and employee areas using designated chemicals, supplies, and equipment
  • dust surfaces in assigned areas
  • empty trash receptacles, ashtrays, and urns in public areas into appropriate containers
  • inspect furniture for damage, tears, or stains and report damages
  • clean and maintain lighting
  • place caution signs to reduce traffic when necessary
  • contact other departments directly for urgent repairs
  • promptly respond to guest and department requests
  • identify and report preventive or maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms
