Job Duties
- Clean showers and public and employee restrooms
- clean glass surfaces in public and employee areas
- clean floor surfaces in public and employee areas using designated chemicals, supplies, and equipment
- dust surfaces in assigned areas
- empty trash receptacles, ashtrays, and urns in public areas into appropriate containers
- inspect furniture for damage, tears, or stains and report damages
- clean and maintain lighting
- place caution signs to reduce traffic when necessary
- contact other departments directly for urgent repairs
- promptly respond to guest and department requests
- identify and report preventive or maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms
