Job Duties
- Clean public and employee showers and restrooms
- clean glass surfaces in public and employee areas
- clean floor surfaces in public and employee spaces using designated chemicals, supplies, and equipment
- dust surfaces in assigned areas
- empty trash, ashtrays, and urns in public areas
- inspect furniture for damages, tears, and stains and report issues
- clean and maintain lighting fixtures
- place caution signs to minimize traffic when necessary
- contact other departments for urgent repairs
- respond quickly to guest and departmental requests
- identify and report preventative maintenance or safety issues in public or guest room areas
- comply with all company safety policies and report any maintenance or safety hazards
- complete required safety training and certifications
- maintain a clean and professional appearance
- protect company property and maintain information confidentiality
- support team members and treat coworkers with dignity and respect
- assist team in achieving common goals
- meet quality assurance standards
- move at required pace in various work situations
- inspect tools, equipment, and machines for defects
- handle objects requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination
- reach above head and below knees
- move, lift, transport and place objects weighing up to 55 pounds without assistance and heavier objects with assistance
- operate maintenance carts and machines on various surfaces
- stand, sit, kneel or walk for extended periods
- perform other reasonable duties assigned by supervisors
