Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in cleaning or maintenance roles
- ability to handle physical labor and lift heavy objects
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- knowledge of safety protocols related to cleaning chemicals and equipment
- reliable and punctual
- ability to follow instructions precisely
Job Qualifications
- Experience in deep cleaning or janitorial roles
- knowledge of cleaning techniques for various flooring and upholstery types
- ability to operate ladders and lift equipment safely
- physical fitness for heavy-duty cleaning tasks
- attention to detail and commitment to sanitation standards
- good communication skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Deep cleaning and sanitation of all public areas including parking facilities, back offices, halls and elevators
- cleaning high maintenance items throughout shifts and typically when the building closes
- maintaining various types of flooring such as waxed floors, non-waxed floors, hardwood, carpet, marble, granite, tile, grout and baseboard
- maintaining upholstery including multiple types of furniture
- performing high dusting using ladders or lift machines on light fixtures, walls, pictures, glass, signage and decor
- completing all heavy and high cleaning assignments in a timely manner
