Job Requirements

- ability to use heavy duty cleaning equipment
- proficiency in understanding and following safety protocols and OSHA regulations

Job Duties
- deep cleaning all public areas including parking facilities and back offices
- operating heavy duty cleaning equipment such as carpet shampooers and floor scrubbers
- moving furniture to facilitate cleaning
- cleaning garage and ground areas
- delivering supplies to bathrooms, offices, and supply closets
- ensuring compliance with safety rules and OSHA regulations
- maintaining excellent organization and communication within the team
