Job Duties
- deep clean and sanitize parking facilities, back offices, halls and elevators
- operate heavy duty cleaning equipment, including carpet shampooers
- move furniture to facilitate cleaning and maintenance
- clean and maintain garage and ground areas
- deliver supplies to bathrooms, offices and supply closets
- adhere to safety regulations and OSHA standards
- maintain excellent communication with team members and supervisors
