Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience with heavy duty cleaning and sanitation
- ability to operate heavy machinery and equipment safely
- knowledge of OSHA regulations
- physical ability to perform strenuous tasks including moving furniture and standing for long periods
- good communication skills
- reliable and punctual

- experience in cleaning or janitorial services preferably in a large facility or hospitality environment
- knowledge of OSHA safety standards
- ability to operate heavy duty cleaning equipment

Job Duties
- Deep cleaning and sanitation of all public areas including parking facilities, back offices, halls and elevators
- operate heavy duty equipment safely and effectively such as carpet shampooers
- move furniture to facilitate thorough cleaning
- maintain cleanliness in garage and ground areas
- deliver supplies to bathrooms, offices and supply closets as needed
- adhere to safety and OSHA regulations
- communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
