Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience in heavy duty cleaning or related field preferred
- ability to use cleaning equipment and machinery
- physical ability to perform strenuous cleaning tasks
- availability to work during building closing hours
- attention to detail
- good communication skills

Job Duties
- deep clean and sanitize all public areas including parking facilities back offices halls and elevators
- maintain waxed and non-waxed floors hardwood carpet marble granite tile grout and baseboard
- care for various types of upholstery including multiple types of furniture
- perform high dusting using ladders and lift machines on light fixtures walls pictures glass signage and décor
- complete all heavy and high cleaning assignments in a timely manner
- ensure all cleaning tasks meet company standards for hygiene and presentation
- operate cleaning machinery and tools safely and effectively
