Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- one year of experience cleaning in restaurant, hotel or convention space
- Able to reach and speak English
- strong customer service and oral communication skills
- U.S. work authorization required
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- must be punctual and reliable
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- must wear full uniform for scheduled shifts
- willing to follow company policies
- respectful of co-workers and management

Job Duties
- Provide the highest level of service to guests and tenants
- greet and acknowledge guests
- have complete knowledge and understanding of food hall tenant directory and parking
- ensure all tables and chairs are cleaned and sanitized after each guest
- return any tenant china to tenant stall
- keep The Garage interior buildings, patio and back of house areas clean of debris and garbage
- enter and clean only public space and designated BOH areas
- clean restrooms and conduct restroom checks every 30 minutes
- dispose of trash as needed ensuring trash is not moved through The Garage during peak times
- use downtime to maintain cleanliness and work on special projects
- keep mop sink and utility areas clean
- maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following sanitation regulations
- ensure all cleaning bottles have proper MSDS labels
- come in promptly and in full uniform for all scheduled shifts including mandatory meetings
- never let the guest feel like they are inconveniencing you
- follow all policies in employee handbook
- respect all co-workers and managers
- leave a positive impression on guests for return visits and word of mouth promotion
- have fun at work with a positive attitude
- thank customers for visiting and encourage return visits
