Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to work PM shift along with weekends and holidays
  • previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
  • ability to handle physical tasks required for cleaning duties
  • strong communication skills
  • customer service orientation
  • dependability and punctuality

  • physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Clean designated areas including restrooms, public areas, hallways, stairwells, elevators, offices, and banquet, meeting, and conference rooms
  • perform a variety of cleaning tasks including dusting, polishing furniture and fixtures, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, shampooing carpets, washing windows, emptying carts of soiled linens, cleaning and waxing floors, removing and disposing of trash, insects and debris, and emptying ashtrays
  • greet guests in a friendly manner
  • perform deep cleaning tasks and special projects such as mattress flipping and furniture moves as needed
  • assist in delivering guest requests and in cleaning guest rooms as needed
