Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in cleaning or hospitality preferred
- good physical condition
- ability to communicate effectively in German
- punctuality and reliability
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- team player with helpful nature
- ability to respond politely and efficiently to guest inquiries
Job Qualifications
- Experience in housekeeping or similar roles preferred
- good communication skills

Job Duties
- Responsibility for the proper condition of the entire hotel
- cleaning all public areas
- performing regular deep cleaning tasks
- reporting all damaged or missing items
- maintaining cleaning utensils and machinery
- responding to guest inquiries politely and efficiently
- reporting to the responsible shift leader
- maintaining good working relationships with external contractors
- supporting other housekeeping areas as needed
