Job Duties
- responsibility for the proper condition of the entire hotel
- cleaning of all public areas
- performing regular deep cleaning tasks
- reporting all damaged or missing items
- maintenance of work utensils and machines
- responding to guest inquiries politely and efficiently
- reporting to the responsible shift supervisor
- maintaining good working relationships with external service providers
- supporting other housekeeping areas as needed
