Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in hotel housekeeping or a similar role is an advantage
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work effectively as part of a team
- basic understanding of cleaning equipment and safety protocols
Job Duties
- exemplifies the image of aloha while assisting guests in accordance with Outrigger policies and procedures
- responsible for daily servicing of guest rooms and public areas to ensure Outrigger's standards of cleanliness and safety are met
- perform heavy lifting and operation of heavy cleaning machinery
- carry out high level cleaning and other specialized duties
- work flexible days and shifts
- maintain a strong service oriented attitude
- communicate effectively in English
