Job Requirements
- Must be a United States citizen or possess a valid work permit
- must be able to read, write, and speak English
- fluency in other languages is beneficial
- must be able to follow verbal and written instructions accurately

- must work in a fast-paced environment with urgency and empathy
- outstanding coordination and multitasking abilities

- must interact well with guests, vendors, and team members
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in housekeeping or hotel maintenance is beneficial but not required
- strong communication skills
- ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- ability to handle guest interactions professionally
- knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- capability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
- understanding of sanitation and safety standards
Job Duties
- Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly
- observe guest reactions and confer frequently with team members to ensure guest satisfaction
- maintain positive guest relations and resolve guest complaints to high satisfaction
- follow hotel policies regarding lost and found items
- adhere to hotel requirements for guest and team member accidents, injuries, and emergencies
- promote sanitation, safety, and security efforts continuously
- encourage social media and five-star compliments or reviews
- embrace and exemplify SCP culture and core values
- ensure all public areas are clean and tidy
- clean all public areas including hallways, elevators, lobby, vending and laundry areas
- maintain the lobby, entrance doors, and bell trolleys
- maintain supplies and linens securely and organized
- assist guest room attendants with moving heavy furniture and equipment
- respond to guest requests from housekeeping or other departments
- assist in maintaining hotel inventory of supplies, linens, and amenities
- assist with special event set up and tear down
- assist housekeeping staff with laundry removal and unit cleaning
- inspect and ensure all materials and equipment readiness
- maintain knowledge of equipment maintenance and use
- comply with all departmental policies and standards
- perform other duties as assigned
