Job Requirements
- Must be a United States citizen or possess a valid work permit
- Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions accurately
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must work in a fast-paced environment with urgency and empathy
Job Qualifications
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
- Fluency in other languages is beneficial
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests, vendors, and team members
- Strong coordination and multi-tasking skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Experience in housekeeping or hospitality is a plus
Job Duties
- Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly
- Observe guest reactions and confer with team members to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain positive guest relations and resolve complaints
- Follow hotel policies on lost and found items
- Adhere to procedures for accidents, injuries, and emergencies
- Promote sanitation, safety, and security
- Clean all public areas including hallways, elevators, lobby, vending and laundry areas
- Maintain lobby, entrance doors, and bell trolleys
- Assist with moving heavy furniture and equipment
- Respond to guest requests from housekeeping and other departments
- Assist in maintaining hotel inventory of supplies and linens
- Help set up and tear down special events and banquets
- Assist housekeeping staff with laundry removal and unit cleaning
- Inspect and ensure all materials and equipment are ready for service
- Maintain knowledge of equipment maintenance and departmental policies
- Other duties as assigned
