Job Requirements
- Previous cleaning, maintenance, housekeeping or janitorial experience helpful
- Must be able to represent the company in a professional, well-groomed and courteous manner
- Ability to use all cleaning equipment and chemicals
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, lift, grasp, stretch, and use a vacuum and push a cart on a regular and extended basis
- Must be able to work a varied schedule including days, evenings, weekends, holidays
- Ability to work under pressure

Job Duties
- Greet all guests with a positive attitude
- Promote excellent guest and associate rapport by completing all requests promptly, efficiently, and courteously
- Clean and maintain all assigned areas including lobby, exterior of building, parking ramp, restaurant, spa, bathrooms, stairwells, pool, fitness center, and elevators in accordance with the established standards of cleanliness
- Maintain all floor, carpet, doormat care needs within the hotel
- Ensure all supplies are in place
- Participate in the promotion of safety and security in assigned work areas
- Perform all other related duties and special projects as requested and/or assigned
