Job Duties
- Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of all public areas in the hotel
- Perform detailed cleaning tasks including dusting, polishing, vacuuming, and trash removal
- Inspect public spaces for orderliness and report any maintenance issues
- Collaborate with team members to cover shifts and maintain consistent service quality
- Assist with setting up public areas for special events or functions
- Uphold health and safety standards in the working environment
- Respond promptly to guest requests related to public area cleanliness
