Job Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial work preferred
- Hotel experience a plus
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 100 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
- A friendly, self-motivated team player with a positive attitude

Job Duties
- Clean and maintain all public areas including lobbies, corridors, restrooms, meeting spaces, and outdoor areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize all assigned spaces to uphold Crescent’s cleanliness standards
- Ensure public restrooms are spotless and well-stocked with necessary supplies
- Maintain entryways and outdoor spaces, ensuring they remain free of debris and hazards
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners regularly
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to supervisors or engineering
- Greet guests warmly, provide assistance when needed, and embody Crescent’s service culture
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Maintain the BBQ area, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for the next day
- Follow all hotel safety, sanitation, and security procedures
