Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or janitorial services preferred
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends, holidays and evenings
- Must have strong attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- Demonstrates a friendly and positive demeanor
- Possesses a strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Must be comfortable working in a variety of outdoor weather conditions (i.e., hot, cold, wet, humid, etc.)
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Flexible working hours, able to work on weekends, holidays, and evenings
Job Duties
- Dusting, disinfecting and cleaning of all public areas
- Restocking of toilet paper and paper towels
- Monitors and restock supplies needed in stock closet
- Sweeping and moping all floors
- Maintaining all glass and mirror areas clean
- Clean ashtrays and trash in public areas
- Clean and maintain all offices located in lobby and sales areas
- Report any engineering problems immediately to supervisor and or centralized department locations
- Places trash in specific areas for pick up
- Vacuum areas with rugs
- Other duties may be assigned
