Job Requirements
- Minimum (1) year experience in luxury hotel/resort housekeeping highly preferred
- Endurance to stand for long periods and walk moderate distances
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills and customer service skills
- Knowledge of surface-specific cleaning methods for luxury materials
- Familiarity with professional cleaning equipment (floor buffers, steam cleaners)
- Impeccable attention to detail (able to spot imperfections invisible to most)
- Capability to lift, push, and pull a moderate amount of weight (up to 25lbs)
- Flexible to work in different shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness in all public areas: lobbies, elevators, restrooms, corridors, and function spaces
- Perform detail-oriented cleaning of high-touch surfaces (door handles, railings, elevator panels) every 30 minutes
- Care for luxury finishes (marble floors, crystal chandeliers, fine wood surfaces) using approved methods
- Refresh floral arrangements, decorative items, and display areas to brand standards
- Maintain restrooms to spa-like standards with hourly attention
- Replenish luxury amenities (hand towels, premium soaps, lotions)
- Ensure spotless mirrors, fixtures, and marble surfaces
