Job Requirements

  • ability to lift push or pull up to 25 lbs
  • ability to stand or walk for extended periods
  • availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • must be detail oriented
  • good communication skills
  • ability to work independently

Job Qualifications

  • previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred but not required
  • ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
  • strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety
  • must be able to lift push or pull up to 25 lbs and stand walk for extended periods
  • availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • clean and maintain all public areas including lobbies restrooms hallways elevators stairwells meeting spaces and outdoor walkways
  • dust sweep mop vacuum and polish surfaces as assigned
  • empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed
  • maintain the cleanliness of glass doors windows and mirrors
  • replenish supplies such as paper products towels and amenities in public restrooms
  • report maintenance issues safety hazards or any areas in need of repair to the appropriate department
  • assist with special cleaning projects as directed by the housekeeping supervisor or manager
  • maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in proper working condition
  • ensure all assigned areas meet the hotel s cleanliness and appearance standards at all times
  • provide courteous and prompt service to guests responding to inquiries or requests as needed
