Job Requirements
- Ability to work during spring, summer, and fall seasons in an outdoor mountain environment
- capability to perform physical tasks including walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- ability to stand for extended periods during less busy times
- able to navigate the golf course independently
- knowledge of hours of operation for Golf, Clubhouse, Juniper Grill, Sage Bistro, Wellness Center, and Village Pool
- ability to check cart paths, grass, and wood chip areas for trash
- wear assigned neat and clean uniform and name badge each shift
- valid driver’s license
- adherence to company policies such as staying off phone in public areas and maintaining a professional appearance
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in hospitality or janitorial roles is advantageous
- strong organizational skills
- ability to work independently and productively
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- familiarity with golf course or club environment is a plus
- valid driver’s license
- physical ability to perform active duties including walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Duties
- Follow procedures to open, close, and maintain two comfort stations on the golf course
- open stations on time and ensure they are fully and neatly stocked
- wipe down countertops and refrigerators
- regularly attend to comfort stations to keep them clean, organized, and stocked
- keep backstock room clean, organized, and stocked including refrigerators
- keep restrooms clean, operational, and stocked with supplies
- divide and put away food and beverage orders when delivered
- empty designated trash cans around the property
- maintain laundry and general housekeeping of locker rooms
- keep inventory and organization of snacks, beverages, and supplies
- independently manage tasks productively with organization
- exhibit meticulous attention to detail
- demonstrate friendly and professional communication skills
- responsibly drive a utility cart around private property
- keep PA cart clean and charged
- wash out back regularly
- stay off phone in public area
- check with managers and both pools to assist with any needs
