Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in housekeeping or janitorial work preferred
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Capability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 lbs
  • Strong attention to detail and safety
  • Effective communication skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

  • Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety
  • Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 25 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods
  • Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Clean and maintain all public areas including lobbies, restrooms, hallways, elevators, stairwells, meeting spaces, and outdoor walkways
  • Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish surfaces as assigned
  • Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed
  • Maintain the cleanliness of glass doors, windows, and mirrors
  • Replenish supplies such as paper products, towels, and amenities in public restrooms
  • Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or any areas in need of repair to the appropriate department
  • Assist with special cleaning projects as directed by the Housekeeping Supervisor or Manager
