Job Requirements
- must be or have been working through Express Employment Services or Staff Pro
- willingness to perform heavy cleaning and custodial duties
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift frequently
- adherence to company policies and safety protocols
- ability to effectively communicate with guests and team members
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in custodial, janitorial, or cleaning services is an asset
- ability to perform physically demanding tasks
- strong attention to detail
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to follow instructions and work independently
- good communication skills, both verbal and written
Job Duties
- maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of public areas and back-of-house facilities
- perform custodial functions including heavy cleaning as directed by management
- respond to guest inquiries and resolve cleanliness-related issues
- ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
- uphold standards of cleanliness, comfort, and safety in all assigned areas
- set an example of exceptional service to internal and external guests
- collaborate with team members to maintain operational efficiency
