Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Strong time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to push or pull carts weighing up to 150 lbs
- Ability to follow hygiene and safety protocols
- Availability to work flexible shifts

Job Duties
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all public areas including lobbies, lounges, and common spaces
- Execute daily cleaning routines with attention to detail ensuring a pristine guest environment
- Monitor and replenish supplies in public areas such as restrooms and seating areas
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries delivering exceptional service
- Collaborate with housekeeping team to coordinate tasks and ensure seamless operations
- Adhere to hygiene and safety standards following established cleaning protocols
- Report maintenance issues or repairs needed in public areas
- Support special events by maintaining cleanliness before, during, and after activities
- Uphold the propertys reputation for luxury and excellence
