Job Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach and move continuously during cleaning duties
- physical stamina and dexterity to perform repetitive motions
- good communication skills

- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- willingness to follow hotel policies and procedures
- reliability and punctuality
Job Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of sanitation requirements and controls
- knowledge of applications of cleaning chemicals
- familiar with brand standards and corporate policies related to housekeeping
- understanding of safety and security protocols in hotel environments
- ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures
- experience in cleaning or housekeeping roles preferred
Job Duties
- Ensures complete guest satisfaction
- responsible for thoroughly cleaning public restroom sinks, toilets, urinals, mirrors, tiles, counters, walls, stalls, vents and floors with appropriate cleaning agents
- adheres to cleaning procedures and instructions for use of cleaning agents
- thoroughly dusts all furniture, pictures, and shelves with proper techniques
- thoroughly cleans and polishes all metal surfaces applying necessary pressure
- performs other duties as assigned by management
