Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred
- basic English proficiency
- availability to work 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm shift
- flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- ability to perform physical tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and lifting
- reliable and punctual
- positive attitude and willingness to work in a team environment
Job Qualifications
- previous housekeeping and/or light maintenance experience preferred
- basic English skills required
- ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- strong attention to detail
- good communication skills

- ability to follow instructions and work independently
Job Duties
- maintaining cleanliness and organization of all common areas including hallways, restrooms, stairwells, pool area, elevators and vending areas
- cleaning and sanitizing common areas
- sweeping and mopping floors
- emptying garbage cans
- polishing elevator doors
- dusting surfaces
- operating floor cleaning machines
- delivering supplies to guest units as requested
