Job Requirements
- must be or have been working through Express Employment Services or Staff Pro
- ability to perform physically demanding tasks including heavy cleaning
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to abide by all company policies and procedures
- strong customer service orientation
- reliable transportation to and from work
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous custodial or cleaning experience a plus
- strong attention to detail
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to provide excellent customer service

Job Duties
- maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of public areas and back-of-house facilities
- perform custodial functions including heavy cleaning as directed by management
- respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and safety in all assigned areas
- adhere to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines
- set an example by delivering exceptional service to internal and external guests
- collaborate effectively with team members and management to uphold facility standards
