Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a hotel or related field preferred
- Previous housekeeping experience highly preferred
- Flexible and able to work long hours
- Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or 20 pounds frequently
- Ability to stand during entire shift
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to listen, understand and clarify concerns
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Approach all encounters with attentiveness, friendliness and courtesy
- Attend all required meetings and trainings
- Maintain regular attendance
- Maintain proper uniform, PPE and nametag

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a hotel or related field preferred

Job Duties
- Maintain attentiveness, friendliness and courteousness to all guests, managers and employees
- Use proper two-way radio etiquette when communicating with other employees
- Practice safe work habits to ensure safety to guests, fellow employees and self
- Handle lost and found items according to hotel standards
- Turn in all keys and assignment sheets to Housekeeping Office at shift end
- Report maintenance issues to Housekeeping Supervisor or Manager
- Assist with correct guestroom cleaning procedures when needed
- Deliver clean linen to assigned sections if necessary
- Pick up Room Attendant's dirty linen or trash as required
- Collect trash from service landings and dispose in outside dumpsters
- Vacuum guest corridors
- Keep hallways, public areas and closets neat and organized
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in public restrooms
- Adhere to schedule for project cleaning of public areas
- Maintain stairwells to hotel standards
- Keep ash urns clean and filled with sand
- Ensure overall guest satisfaction
