Job Requirements
- Ability to perform essential functions on the computerized Point of Sale system
- Working knowledge and ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks
- Working knowledge of the proper operation of all bar equipment
- Working knowledge of applicable liquor laws and regulations
- Working knowledge of dining and beverage service procedures
- Working knowledge of standard cash handling procedures
- Current State Food Handler's License and OLCC certification required
- Be a team player

Job Qualifications
- At least 3-5 years of related experience
- Extensive knowledge of drink preparation or service
- Excellent interpersonal skills and focus on serving customers
- Ability to learn cash register software used by pub
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve liquor, mixed drinks, wine, beer, and nonalcoholic drinks for bar and restaurant patrons
- Take orders and serve food and beverage items to guests in accordance with established standards
- Recognize regulars and VIPs and build guest profiles
- Enter orders into computerized Point of Sale system and communicate any special requests to the culinary team
- Maintain a clean and organized section, including setting up and breaking down stations, and readying the restaurant for the next shift
- Maintain current knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including menu changes and sold-out items according to current menu
- Assess bar customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails according to specified recipes
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Maintain the bar and keep it clean and organized
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- Process guest payments, using proper accounting and cash handling procedures
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service
- Uphold the high standards of service quality and guest satisfaction
