Job Requirements
- ability to work a flexible schedule including weekend and night shifts
- physically able to lift up to 50 lbs
- able to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- willingness to support team efforts and undertake additional tasks as needed
- basic knowledge of restaurant hygiene and service standards
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred

Job Duties
- serve as a positive example for providing exceptional customer care
- set up tables for dinner parties as directed
- fill waters at tables
- roll silverware
- set up glassware and cocktail napkins on dining tables
- pre-bus tables
- clear and clean tables
- clear dirty glasses and bring clean glasses to the front of the house
- fill ice and water at server stations
- assist team members as directed by the manager and other duties as assigned
