Job Requirements

  • excellent customer service skills
  • ability to take care of guests' needs in a professional manner
  • availability to work afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • may be required to wear an Indiana State Park Inns-provided uniform
  • ability to work in potentially inclement weather
  • ability to obtain an Indiana ATC Employee Permit if required
  • no degree required

Job Duties

  • serve guests in dining facilities and banquet events
  • set up and clean banquet and meeting rooms according to specifications
  • prepare food for restaurant and banquet service maintaining high food quality standards
  • run bar services delivering attentive and courteous service
  • greet, seat, and check out guests providing efficient service
  • clear and reset tables promptly
  • clean, sort, and store dining ware and kitchen equipment properly
