- availability to work afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- may be required to wear an Indiana State Park Inns-provided uniform
- ability to work in potentially inclement weather
- ability to obtain an Indiana ATC Employee Permit if required

Job Duties
- serve guests in dining facilities and banquet events
- set up and clean banquet and meeting rooms according to specifications
- prepare food for restaurant and banquet service maintaining high food quality standards
- run bar services delivering attentive and courteous service
- greet, seat, and check out guests providing efficient service
- clear and reset tables promptly
- clean, sort, and store dining ware and kitchen equipment properly
