Job Duties
- Welcome every guest with a warm smile and friendly greeting
- Engage with customers to ask the right questions and make personalized product recommendations
- Become an expert in our unique spice blends and teas to share product knowledge with confidence
- Assist with store displays, restocking, and maintaining a clean, organized retail environment
- Curate tea by the cup for our guests at our tea bar
- Cross-train to help with blending and packaging our small-batch gourmet products
- Process transactions efficiently and accurately using our point-of-sale system
