Job Requirements
- Part-time availability on weekends only
- Ability to work independently and reliably
- Attention to detail in cleaning and maintaining sterile environments
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures
- Ability to lift moderate weights and perform physical cleaning tasks
- Effective communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Qualifications
- 1-2 years experience in a similar position or similar function preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic cleaning techniques
- Choosing correct cleaning agents
- Operating vacuums
- Repairing minor electrical and plumbing problems
- Adhering to health and safety regulations
- Demonstrating good customer service skills
Job Duties
- Cleans all offices, common areas, restrooms, and breakrooms of the center with proper cleaning chemicals/disinfectant
- Responsible to clean and replenish all client bedrooms and bathrooms throughout facility
- Wipes down all surfaces found in common areas located on each client floor (door handles, railings, etc.) with appropriate cleaning chemicals/disinfectant
- Maintains centers floors by using vacuum, broom, mop, buffer, etc.
- Removes the trash from all trash bins and places in correct outside dumpster
- Take daily inventory and report any supply needs to Director of Operations in a timely manner
- Builds positive relationships with staff and clients
