Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in customer service or related hospitality field preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at desk and working on computer
  • Availability to work weekends 2 PM to 10 PM
  • Part-time availability up to 16 hours per week
  • Ability to follow company policies and grooming standards

Job Qualifications

  • Professional and positive attitude
  • Experience with hospitality, tenant services, or property management preferred
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to act independently and make decisions
  • Ability to multi-task and manage several projects
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexibility for possible evening and weekend hours

Job Duties

  • Greet guests at the front desk and answer any questions
  • Prepare and display beverage and snacks in lobby
  • Provide reception and concierge services
  • Answer phones
  • Prepare tenant correspondence
  • Manage tenant package services
  • Conduct unit walk-throughs at move-in and move-out
  • Assist with event planning
  • Conduct market surveys
  • Make keys as instructed
  • Receive work orders
  • Follow all company policies and procedures including grooming standards
  • Promptly answer, record, and complete all resident requests, phone calls, questions, or concerns
  • Perform other duties as assigned
