Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service or related hospitality field preferred
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds
- Prolonged periods of sitting at desk and working on computer
- Availability to work weekends 2 PM to 10 PM
- Part-time availability up to 16 hours per week
- Ability to follow company policies and grooming standards

- Experience with hospitality, tenant services, or property management preferred
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to act independently and make decisions
- Ability to multi-task and manage several projects

- Flexibility for possible evening and weekend hours
Job Duties
- Greet guests at the front desk and answer any questions
- Prepare and display beverage and snacks in lobby
- Provide reception and concierge services
- Answer phones
- Prepare tenant correspondence
- Manage tenant package services
- Conduct unit walk-throughs at move-in and move-out
- Assist with event planning
- Conduct market surveys
- Make keys as instructed
- Receive work orders
- Follow all company policies and procedures including grooming standards
- Promptly answer, record, and complete all resident requests, phone calls, questions, or concerns
- Perform other duties as assigned
