Job Duties

  • Greet guests at the front desk and answer any questions
  • prepare and display beverage and snacks in lobby
  • provide reception and concierge services
  • answering phones
  • preparing tenant correspondence
  • tenant package services
  • unit walk-throughs at move-in/move-out
  • assist with event planning
  • conduct market surveys
  • make keys as instructed
  • receive work orders
  • follow all company policies and procedures including grooming standards
  • promptly answer record and complete all resident requests phone calls questions or concerns
  • other duties as assigned
