Job Duties
- Greet guests at the front desk and answer any questions
- prepare and display beverage and snacks in lobby
- provide reception and concierge services
- answering phones
- preparing tenant correspondence
- tenant package services
- unit walk-throughs at move-in/move-out
- assist with event planning
- conduct market surveys
- make keys as instructed
- receive work orders
- follow all company policies and procedures including grooming standards
- promptly answer record and complete all resident requests phone calls questions or concerns
- other duties as assigned
