Job Requirements
- Must have the ability to communicate, read, comprehend, and write in English
- Self-starting personality with an even disposition
- Maintain a professional appearance and manner
- Ability to communicate well with guests and coworkers
- Willingness to assist coworkers and be a team player
- Ability to drive vans, limousines, and automobiles safely
- Excellent driving record verified by a Motor Vehicle Report
- Ability to load and unload luggage up to 100 lbs
- Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions including periods of high heat
- Ability to run short distances to retrieve vehicles
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, stoop, kneel, and perform essential job functions continuously
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Current, valid driver’s license with satisfactory motor vehicle report for 3 years and annual renewals
- Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Complete knowledge of all state driving laws
- Exceptional communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Ability to learn in an ever-changing work environment
- Multi-tasking skills and telephone etiquette
- Flexible schedule and willingness to work beyond scheduled hours if necessary
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional hospitality in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner
- Park and retrieve guest and visitor vehicles safely
- Assist guests with luggage during check-in and check-out
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
- Operate vans, limousines, and automobiles in compliance with state driving laws
- Work outdoors in varied weather conditions while performing physical tasks such as lifting and running short distances to retrieve vehicles
