Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience in valet parking or customer service preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical capability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to provide friendly and efficient guest service
- Dependable and punctual
- Ability to handle guest issues with professionalism and courtesy
- Knowledge of basic vehicle handling and safety procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in a customer service or valet role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate vehicle safely and responsibly
- Physical ability to perform duties including lifting luggage
- Demonstrated commitment to hospitality and guest satisfaction
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
Job Duties
- Greet arriving and departing guests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Retrieve vehicle keys from and provide receipts to guests
- Transport guest vehicles to and from designated parking areas and the hotel driveway
- Assist guests with luggage
- Retrieve guest items from vehicles, as requested
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve guest issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
