Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver’s license
- clean driving record
- ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to perform job duties including lifting and standing for long periods
- customer-oriented attitude
- good communication skills
Job Qualifications

- previous experience in valet parking or customer service preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to operate vehicles safely
- ability to lift and carry luggage
- strong customer focus
- ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations
Job Duties
- greet arriving and departing guests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- retrieve vehicle keys from and provide receipts to guests
- transport guest vehicles to and from designated parking areas and the hotel driveway
- assist guests with luggage
- retrieve guest items from vehicles, as requested
- respond to guest inquiries and requests
- resolve guest issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
