Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift and move luggage and other items
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

- Previous experience in valet parking or customer service roles preferred
- Ability to operate vehicles of various sizes confidently

Job Duties
- Greet arriving and departing guests in a timely friendly and efficient manner
- Retrieve vehicle keys from and provide receipts to guests
- Transport guest vehicles to and from designated parking areas and the hotel driveway
- Assist guests with luggage
- Retrieve guest items from vehicles as requested
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve guest issues in a timely friendly and efficient manner
