Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Must be able to work irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to use radio communication devices
  • Willingness to work in a team environment
  • Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions accurately

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or event support preferred
  • Strong verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Ability to work in a fast paced diverse environment
  • Effective communication skills both oral and written
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Receive all guests with outstanding friendly customer service
  • Answer general questions about the arena and provide assistance when needed
  • Assist Event Manager when needed
  • Verify date of tickets and authenticity of passes
  • Take and tear tickets
  • Follow all assigned duties and responsibilities
  • Inform guests of rules and regulations regarding prohibited items
