Job Requirements
- Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required
- Legally required state or local training and certification for alcohol service if applicable
- Excellent public speaking and listening skills
- Ability to perform calculations with speed and accuracy
- Proven problem identification and reasoning abilities
- Excellent communication skills with customers and team
- Ability to work standing, walking, sitting, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 60 pounds
- Ability to see close and distant objects, with good peripheral vision and depth perception
- Must comply with company dress code and policies

Job Duties
- Regular and consistent attendance
- Handling of emergency situations when called upon
- General cleaning duties
- Compliance with company dress code
- Operating POS system accurately including cash and card transactions
- Up selling and suggestive selling of premium viewing experiences
- Promoting the Regal Crown Club program
- Ensuring ticket sales comply with MPAA rating and company policies
- Responding to guest inquiries politely and effectively
- Operating concession equipment
- Complying with food safety and alcohol service laws
- Inspecting bags and managing crowd control
- Directing patrons to auditoriums
- Conducting in-theatre inspections for picture and sound quality
- Reporting problems to management
- Performing concession auxiliary sales
- Cleaning auditoriums and common areas
- Assisting with opening and closing duties as assigned
