Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a supervisory culinary role
- knowledge of local health and safety regulations
- strong leadership and team management skills
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to perform kitchen duties
- attention to detail and quality standards
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a culinary supervisor or similar role
- solid knowledge of kitchen procedures and food safety standards
- ability to manage and train kitchen staff effectively
- experience with menu planning and recipe development
- strong organizational and multitasking skills

- culinary degree or relevant certification preferred
